2. Service Availability
We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime for our edge AI software platform. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access and may perform scheduled maintenance. We will provide advance notice of planned downtime when possible.
3. Intellectual Property
You retain ownership of your data and custom models. We retain ownership of HelioChip software platform, proprietary algorithms, and edge AI runtime. Software licenses grant you usage rights as specified in your subscription agreement.
4. Limitation of Liability
HelioChip Technologies Inc shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for software licenses in the 12 months preceding the claim.
5. Termination
Either party may terminate software subscriptions with 30 days written notice. We reserve the right to suspend software licenses immediately for violations of these terms or illegal activities.
